1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Authentic Art & Design website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all terms, please do not use our services.
2. Custom Content & Image Uploads
When you upload a file, image, or text for customization, you represent and warrant that:
You own the rights to the content or have explicit permission from the owner to use it.
The content does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights (copyrights, trademarks, or rights of privacy).
The content is not offensive, illegal, or discriminatory.
Authentic Art & Design reserves the right to refuse any order that contains content we deem inappropriate or a violation of copyright law.
3. Accuracy of Customization
Customer Responsibility: We print exactly what you provide. You are responsible for ensuring that all spelling, grammar, and image placements are correct. We are not responsible for errors made by the customer during the design process.
Color Matching: Due to differences in monitor settings and the nature of printing on different materials (cotton, ceramic, metal), we cannot guarantee a 100% exact color match between your screen and the final product.
4. Payment & Pricing
All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already placed. We reserve the right to cancel any order if there was a pricing error on the website.
5. Limitation of Liability
Authentic Art & Design shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount paid for that specific order.
6. User Accounts
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
