Shipping & Delivery Information
Goal:
To prevent disputes over “late” packages or “missing” items.
Production vs. Transit Time
Every product at Authentic Art & Design is made-to-order. It is important to understand that Production Time + Transit Time = Total Delivery Time.
Standard Production: 3–5 business days.
Holiday Production: 5–8 business days (November–December, and the two weeks leading up to San Valentin).
Production begins the next business day after an order is placed.
Shipping Destinations & Exclusions
We ship to all 50 U.S. states, Puerto Rico and P.O. Boxes via USPS.
We currently do not offer international shipping or local pickup at our New Jersey facility.
Address Accuracy
The customer is responsible for providing the correct shipping address. If a package is returned to us due to an “Insufficient Address” or “Incorrect Address” provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping costs to resend the item.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Authentic Art & Design is not responsible for packages once they are marked as “Delivered” by the carrier. If your tracking says delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact your local post office or carrier immediately to file a claim.
Returns & Refund Policy
Goal:
To clearly define “What counts as a mistake” so the client doesn’t lose money on picky customers.
The Nature of Custom Goods
Due to the highly personalized nature of our products (Custom T-Shirts, Mugs, Tumblers, etc.), we cannot offer returns or exchanges for the following:
Customer Typos: Misspellings provided by the customer.
Image Quality: Blurry or pixelated prints resulting from low-resolution file uploads.
Sizing Issues: Please refer to our Size Charts before ordering apparel. We do not offer refunds if a shirt “doesn’t fit” as each is printed specifically for you.
Color Variance: Slight color differences between your digital screen and the physical print on fabric or ceramic.
Replacement Policy
If we have made an error in the manufacturing process or if the item is physically defective, we will send a replacement at no cost to you.
Time Limit: Issues must be reported via email within 48 hours of delivery.
Evidence Required: You must provide clear photos of the defect and the shipping label.
Resolution: If a replacement is not possible (e.g., item out of stock), a full refund to the original payment method will be issued.
Exchanges
Because we do not hold inventory of pre-printed items, we do not offer a “one-for-one” exchange service. If you would like a different size or design, a new order must be placed.
