For a crisp, professional-looking print, we recommend high-resolution files (300 DPI). If your photo is dark, blurry, or taken from a distance, it may not print clearly. Pro Tip: If you zoom in on your photo on your phone and it looks “pixelated” or grainy, it will look the same on your mug or shirt.

To keep our production times fast, we do not automatically send proofs. We print exactly what you upload and describe. If you have a complex request and must see a mockup, please note it in the “Special Instructions” box. Please be aware that requesting a proof may add 1–2 business days to your total turnaround time.

We offer a 12-hour grace period after you place your order. Because we move quickly to get your custom items into production, we cannot make changes or cancellations once the 12-hour window has passed. Please double-check all spelling and dates before hitting “Submit.”

At this time, Authentic Art & Design is an online-only boutique. To maintain efficiency and safety in our production facility, all orders are shipped directly to your door via USPS.  We do not have a public storefront for pickups.

• T-Shirts/Apparel: Wash inside out in cold water. Tumble dry on low or hang to dry. Do not iron directly on the printed design.

• Mugs/Tumblers: While many items are top-rack dishwasher safe, we highly recommend hand-washing to preserve the vibrancy of the print for years to come.

Digital screens (phones and monitors) display colors using light (RGB), while printers use ink (CMYK). Additionally, different materials like a cotton shirt versus a ceramic mug absorb ink differently. This can lead to very slight variations in color, which is a normal part of the custom printing process.

We take great care in packaging, but accidents happen during transit. If your item arrives broken or damaged, email us at authenticartdesign872@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the damaged product and the shipping box.
